Keyword linking for back link(Need Help)

Hello everyone,
After Penguin Update SEO becomes so tough. I am learning it from many sources but i am stuck in a problem and confusion as well. Over many discussion i learned that we need to use our main keyword along with LSI keyword, junk keyword also. So when i write article i used all of this. My article contains main keyword, LSI keyword, Website URL and also junk keyword like read more, visit the site etc. Now my question is when i post it on Article directories and web 2.0 properties which keyword will i link? main keyword ofcourse i think but will i link also the others? If yes than is it good to link 3/4 keywords in one post? If not than if i link the main keyword than Google get that i am doing SEO for that particular keyword. One of my friend told me that in one post link your main keyword than 2nd post link your LSI keyword than 3rd post link your junk keyword than again the main one. Shall i maintain this rules? Please advice and help.
