6 years old domain with PR2. 25$ with 1 year fee. Should I go for it?

I just found a domain in goodady and according to Whois Lookup & Domain Availability Search | DomainTools

Registrar History:
3 registers with 2 drops.
NS History:5 changes on 5 unique name servers over 7 years.

IP History:
37 changes on 14 unique IP addresses over 7 years.

Whois History:
29 records have been archived since 2007-09-20 .


I checked using scrapebox. PR is 2 and not faked. Also SEOMoz plugin shows PA of the domain is 25(4 lks) and DA is 10

Should I purchase the domain?

    I wouldn't.

    When did it drop and how many inbound links are there?

    A domain that has bounced around that much isn't worth a whole lot.

      A 7 year old domain dropped 2 times. I dont think its really dropped a lot. But Im not an expert in this field so I am not sure about this domain. So helps from expert warriors would be appreciated.

    What are your plans for it? I don't see a reason to get it unless you have a very specific need.

    I personally would 100% not go for it.
