Are we on the verge of Google's next update?

In the past 36 hours, I have seen my sites having fluctuations in SERP rankings (+10, -10) every time I checked. My secondary keywords are more susceptible to fluctuations while my primary keywords are more stable.

I have not touched these sites for a few weeks (no backlinking, no new content etc). Previously, these sites were flat (no changes) in their SERP rankings.

Anyone have similar observations?
