Why site is not showing?

One of my website kashmirtourism(dot)org is not showing on Google.co.in in various states like New Delhi, Rajasthan but it is showing on Google.co.in at 2 nd position in states like Chennai, Karnataka, Pune.


My keyword is Kashmir tourism


But my website is showing on Google.com at 1st position.
Means my website is not showing on Google.co.in in various states why?
Its position is 2 nd when it showing on Google.co.in


Please help me what is the problem behind it.

    Google's search personalisation localises results for users. The theory is, if you search 'BMW dealers' you will be presented with a list of companies local to you. There are a number of factors that Google considers, including IP addresses of backlinks, location of server, domain extension and search history.

    Sometimes though, search personalisation doesn't work very well, as appears to be the case here. One thing to ensure is that the problem isn't at your end. Log out of Google, clear yours cookies and try the same search again through a local proxy or VPN. If this isn't an option, get a friend to check the SERPS for you (making sure they've cleared their cookies, etc.).

    Another consideration is that this may be nothing more than a temporary blip. If you have only just noticed this problem, then wait a couple of days to see if it resolves itself.

    This is because your server has some IP restrictions. To be confirm please use some proxies and then try to browse your site from those areas. If you can access to the site using proxies, it will be clear that your server has restrictions. Now, just remove the restrictions.
