    Here is a way to find comment luv enabled blogs that you can comment on in your niche,

    Use this Google search string, YourKeyword & “title=”CommentLuv Enabled”"

    To look for dofollow blogs in general to comment on use this string,
    Keyword inurl:ifollow*.gif

    You can find all kinds of high PR blogs with these methods.
