SEO Spyglass vs the web based backlink analyzers

Of the backlink analyzers that allow for a deep analysis of a website's backlinks, does SEO Spyglass stack up to the others? It's only $100 + $3 per month, which is super cheap compared to SEOMoz ($100/month) and Majestic SEO (fee per every report)

    SpyGlass accesses a list of databases to pull backlinks like Alexa, Blekko, and they also have their own. I'm sure the full list is on their website. I would say it is as complete as any of the out there.

    The one place where I think SpyGlass really stands out though is it gives you the ability to see if the links are still alive, right now. The online services like SEOmoz or Majestic update their database about once every 2 months or so. You might be seeing links in their database that no longer exist.

    I do use ONLY seospyglass + ahrefs.com = together it is pretty strong!

      I was thinking of going with majestic seo, but I can see that aherfs really step up their game. Looks like crazyJon has the perfect solution.
