Internal Link Software?

Is there an Internal Link software that will crawl the site and show me if there are any issues, or how many anchor text are within the links?
I have a client with a very large site that was penalized by Google and I need to check his internal links.
Any software that can help me?

You could just submit your site to Google webmaster tool and get it to re-crawl your website. It will pick up the errors. I think you can find the results in the site health section.

  I am trying to stay away from Google Webmaster Tool.
  Any other software that will do that?
