Best Tier Structure for Magic Submitter

I recently purchased a month of Magic Submitter. At first, I really liked how it would backlink your backlinks and give you a backlink report. However, after using it a couple of times, I'm struggling to make it work well.
I first purchased Magic Submitter after having a lack of success with AMR. I got a list of 6k OK directories on fiverr but, after submitting an article with 300 successes, I would only get about 40 livelinks. So, I tried on Magic Submitter.
My backlink structure with MS was money site - > booking marking services, blogs, and article directories -> then bookmark and rss the blogs and article directories.
However, I only get a handful of links from article directories and booking marking services. I get a good amount from blogs, but I'm not sure how good the links are. I was also going to try and scrapeboxx some of the links, but when I try and check out the links in the campaign manager, some of them are just preview articles or require me to login.
Does anyone have a good structure with MS that you have seen good results with? If so can you please explain it?
Otherwise, I'm probably just going to go full manual on backlinks and just create link wheels and manual blog comments and hope for the best, because I'm having trouble with the software. I haven't had much success with that either unfortunately. I'm also kind of looking for a mentor.
