What I see there is a bunch of posts that consist of a post title, and a YouTube video, along with a bunch of javascript code that displays ads.

There is so little real content, that AdSense (contextually relevant ads) thinks it appropriate to show a display ad for "Tarheel Basement Systems" on your music site.

Believe me... if the Google Adsense program can't figure out what your site is about, your immediate problems are related to the lack of on page content.

It's quite simple: add content, and build links. For getting PR, you should concentrate on getting dofollow links from high PR URLs, but keep in mind that it looks very unnatural if you only have those types of links.
