I have a blog network of about 20 sites which (in the last year) I cross linked and changed the cross linking schemes in order to gain something

Looking at my webmaster tools I can't find any of them listed in my backlink profiles.

Is it possible that google disregarded those links a long time ago and I lost allot of money and effort concentrating of ways of linking them instead of actually working to get new links?
