Some questions on Niche Sites

Hi guys, I need some help. I am abut if a newbie at this whole internet marketing.I am become more and more clueless the more that I read so any help will be appreciated. At the moment I am creating some authority niche sites and have a few quesitons.

I am trying to build a site with about 100 pages or so.

1) First question, I know that internal link building is important but if I have 100 pages, should I link all of them back to the home page or only some of them?

2) When I build the internal backlinks to my home page from the other webpages, should I vary the anchor texts that I backlink to the home page. If I should vary them, roughly what % should I use my main keyword for the home page when I am using them as achor text for backlinks to the home page.

3) Is it sensible to add about 5-10 pages of content in one day, or should I add a new page everyday?

4) Should I be getting each page indexed after I add the page to website?

5)How do I get a page indexed for free and quickly? How long does it take for the spiders to come and crawl the pages?

6) How important is the meta tags and the title descriptions? If I post the pages onto my website, can I come back and sort the meta tags and the meta description afterwards.

7) Is it okay to copy parts of my website content for the meta description?

These are some of my questions that I have floating around in my head, theres tonnes more that I keep asking myself.
