Hi,

We are building links to our site in a periodic basis. I have to approve/disapprove sites for the link building campaign.

So far I take the following into consideration when approving a site.

1. Google PR
2. Domain Age
3. IP Location
4. User Experience

Is that correct? If there are additional stuffs that I should analyze, can you please tell me what those are?

Thanks a lot!

      Hi,

What does 'Trust Flow' means in SEO?
And what about 'Scan of Link Profile'? What website/tool are you using to scan?

      Thanks,

On the quantitative side, measure the sites according to the metrics you and others here mention. I believe it's a waste of time going through the list of 10+ metrics, Google PR and estimated traffic via compete.com is usually enough for a rough estimate.

Better look at the quality side. Is the site natural or spammy? Is there a real person behind it? Is there an engaged community? Do people share content willingly? In case of genuine blogs especially, low-PR sites are worth going after for link building since they have potential.

Also check whether the site is relevant to your site's niche, also the number of outbound links on the specific page. It will be better if the number of outbound links are as few as possible.
