Advice needed for creating a massive project

Hi,

Thanks God I have the financial resources to create a big content site. However, I am unable to find outsource writers because the site is not in English. I want to rank on #1 on medical subjects in my country by creating a very content based site. So the content can't be something too basic.

I currently have 4 writers working in my office but this is not enough since they can only produce 2 articles each. Back link building is going slow right now and in my country people don't really share articles. I need to find a way to increase my output but I feel like I am stuck. Google does not seem to be too happy with my content either :-(

I need advice and help from warriors who have high experience on managing many writers or own huge content sites. Even if I had many writers I am not sure how to control their content especially if they were to be outsourced.

Please advise.

Tell them that you appreciate their efforts and that you like their writing style, and then provide a few details about your project. Ask if they are interested in contributing to your site. You can also post an ad on freelance bidding sites. Many international writers are offering their services on these websites. Use the same strategy on local forums.
