Ranking Keyword Local Offline Niches

I'm new to all of this so I'm asking a bunch of questions to get an idea of a good strategy on how to approach this.

Let's say for example, I purchase a domain with an exact match for a keyword in a local offline niche. And now I want to analyze the SEO competition for the top sites. I used Market Samurai to analyze the SEO competition and for the #1 spot I was given the following results:

# URL DA PR IC RDD RDP BLP BLD BLEG DMZ YAH Title URL Desc Head

1 * 4 1 54 130 14 57 1,089 0 N N N N N N

Now how hard would it be to out-rank this site? And what would be a good strategy to do so?

Also, if I want to know how easily I can out-rank other keywords in the future, what factors am I looking for? How do I go by analyzing the data?

Not much backlinks to that site if I'm reading your results correctly but I'd say fight penguin with quality content and fight panda with brilliant backlinks and should do fine.
