Making more money since Google's Penguin/Crack down updates!

Anyone else making more cash since Google's crack down(s) the last year? I think since Google's recent crack downs, it scared people from internet marketing, and in turn, makes ranking for keywords easier. Combine that with the elimination of (most) auto blogs, my money sites are ranking better for better keywords. For awhile I was really depressed over my loss in rankings, I thought internet marketing was DEAD! Turns out I was being to cautious. I decided to stop with the trends and find my own way... and it's paid off!

I'm curious who else is cashing in on Google's latest crack downs? I think people are being to cautious, now's the time to be aggressive! Eventually people are going to start coming back from their shell-shock and try to steal your rankings/money!

Also, my adsense has doubled =D

  • It has been quite effective at clearing crap content from the ranking. If you just stick at SEO with quality content that is Socially optimised, I have found it is very easy to rank (provided intelligent keyword selection!).

    • That is exactly it. Quality is important... and I find making quality is easy. The rewards are awesome
  • My numbers are up since February when all the shake ups started. Like "MikeWike" mentioned above its a lot easier to rank these days if you know how.

    People are adapting to the strategy of less backlinks is more, and not ranking at all.

    When actually all they had to do was stop building the crap links in the hundreds and thousands.

    Quality links in any amount is still good.
