It could take anywhere between 24-72 hrs for ads to show, though typically it is a lot faster.

It could also be that you are in a market there there are little advertisers and thus the lack of ads. Adbrite does not have anywhere near as many advertisers as Adsense, so if in a day or so these ads don't show up you may want to monetize some other way.

Yeh for the most part Adbrite is going to be a distant second in terms of revenue when compared to Adsense.

I am not sure why you are not using Adsense (account banned?), but if you haven't been banned you should use Adsense.

If you have been banned, open up an account under a friend/family because the alternatives are abysmal.
