Use them as a network for back links to your niche sites, I don't think you should sell anyone back links for your sites as that can compromise the network.

Let's do some math for a good time. Let's also assume that you'd charge, say $25 per link for a year.

44x$25 = $1100

And that's if you just sold one link on each site. What if you say, sold 3 links per site?

$3300, for a year's worth of links that took you maybe (maybe) a month to sell.

What I'm looking for is long-term stable earning. I want to built a content rich network that post only unique contents aiming earning from adsense for a long-term. Currently there are many niches that can potentially earn a lot from adsense such Niche as law firm, insurance, weight loss, travel, technology etc... etc... But I want to choose only ONE niche and jumb into that niche business and build my contents around that. So any NICHE you guys want to recommend? and why that niche?

If you want to make a massive network of sites then use a niche you know about

You are going to need a lot of content.

You could charge people to make posts to your network so you don't have to make the content. Charge them monthly to make posts to your blog, with backlinks to their site. Moderate each post and if it is not up to standard it does not get published.

You could also combine that with selling off links if you wanted (though I think just the content may be safer).

Yeah It's exactly what I'm thinking and want to do. Apart from that I also would like to get some $$ from adsense, as it's going to be quality and unique contents when I'll ask people to submit their contents and as there may be just one or two links in the content, it make senses to make extra earning from Adsense. That's why I'm wondering which NICHE I should go for. Which niche would make more money in the long run.

Make your own sites

Rank them using that but I am afraid there is a lot of risk involved in that.

Well you have a very valuable asset. You can either sell permanent homepage links that can go for up to $100 each or you can leverage your link network to create an authority site.

You already have the backlinks, so if you create quality content for your niche you will become an authority.

Add adsense for hands free reccurring income or try to convert the visitors yourself(thats where the real money is!)

So if you like to have long term earning, it is better to publish your own product instead of renting the land for adsense platform. My suggestion is stick a few product instead of adsense itself, there are many advertising platform as if PPC(adsense), CPS(click bank), CPC(peerfly) and more, spread and maximize your profit.

Thanks for all your opinions guys, it's all valuable to me and got so many alternative ideas.

I think I got the Niche. I'm going for TRAVEL Niche. So my network, all 50 websites contents will be about Travel and only Travel related. For the first month I'll let people publish their contents free, with only one condition is that they provide me Unique and Human readable travel related contents. So if you have Travel related sites keep your eyes on this forum.

Why go through the hassle of building sites to rank in the SERPs If you can just sell links?

Even If you decided to build a site later, you could still use your existing network to rank your own pages at the same time your selling links.

Personally I would sell the links per month, maybe a 1-2 month free link discount on 10-11 months paid upfront. Then reinvest that money back into buying more/better PR domains/sites/pages.
