Hello, My name is jonathan and I'am new to the forums.
i would like to learn more about SEO optimization but I'am new to this. Few questions
1. How do you set a keyword on an article? Do you have to do it through HTML?
2. I have already some domains and i have them parked with SEOparked.com. I already have some ad sense on those websites, but I'am not really making a dime. The websites are fully automated, the domain names are pretty good but i just don't seem to get any traffic? Could it be the content since its an automated wordpress articles, so maybe the content isn't that good?
3. I have really good ideas i just don't know very well how to execute it as far as SEO and HTML and all the website building process. It would be awesome if someone could help me out, perhaps maybe partner up.
Also I'am not the best at writing articles either. I'am willing to learn though all about SEO and willing to spend hours and hours on this.
Please help

Thank you
Jonathan.

    Jonathan,

    1. You don't actually set a keyword on an article. Once you have identified keywords, you incorporate them into the content.

    2. You won't really see great earnings on adsense with parked domains. I would add actual custom content to them.

    3. I would try to find a mentor that is willing to work with you and guide you through the learning process.

I agree with Charley Brown. One more suggestion to learn SEO is to watch Matt Cutts videos on youtube related to different SEO topics. Just search "Google Webmasters - YouTube" in google and you will get the link for those videos.

Thank you so much i have several domains that are just parked, but i have good ideas just dont know how to execute them. Also as far as the SEO goes i heard that is the most important factor for a website. Someone told me if you are good at SEO you can basically no matter what make money online.

So the keywords you incorporate in your article, are the ones that are picked up by search engines when people search that keyword? They are the ones that are shown in bold font? For example when you google key chains and it shows articles with those words? How many keywords should you have?
Do some websites have over 300 keywords?

    • It's definitely better to use WordPress especially if you are a beginner. Try to use one main keyword in each article. You can also use synonyms and variations of the keyword chosen. Make sure the content flows naturally and don't use your keywords excessively.

    Hey Jonathan,

Good to meet you man. Welcome to the WF, it's a great source of information on SEO and generally everything IM-related.

    To your questions:

    1. Not sure what you mean by "set a keyword on an article" but you can just include your keywords in the article in a way so that your keyword density is good. Make sure to include your keyword in the first and last paragraph, too, and also include variations of your keywords.

    2. You'll very likely need original content for your site to get SEO traffic.

    3. Start with Wordpress. If you don't know how to install it, do your research on the Net. There are many Youtube videos that can help you with installing Wordpress. Upload a good theme, some plugins and start writing and uploading your content.

Just make sure you are taking action at all times. You'll learn along the way.

May be today You might hear from many people that seo has change pretty much but basics of online marketing remains the same.

Always start with identifying keywords for your business. Keywords can generate gold if you know how to make use of it. Some keywords can be targeted on your website some on your blog some for your business videos and goes on..Identifying keywords should be the first priority.

Second, see what your competitors are doing and how can you do the same business in a little different way but works better. Taking a close look at what your competitors are doing can give you a better idea of what you going to do with your campaign.

Although link building has changed a lot, focus on genuine link building methods. Do not depend on any software (atleast i dont now)

Participate in your niche forums genuinely and help other members.

Take full advantage of traffic thats on social media, i dont need to tell the social media traffic stats now also links from social media helps in seo nowadays

REMEMBER: SEO is an ongoing process therefore link building should be done consistently!!

Actually I have three things to say

Firstly you must right a high quality and unique content for your site then choose keyword from the content

Secondly earning a lot from Adsense and all the PPC and PTC network is really tough. Instead of it you can use CPA offers.

Thirdly but before earning from a site you must ensure a lot of traffic to your site. And for that both on and off page optimization is needed. You can do it yourself or you can hire seo experts for the job.
