Trying to send out all the PM's was inpractical so I said I would just share it here instead!


Good place to make an account for a local biz and upload some of their products.

Dofollow backlink on your http://accountname.imgur.com in 'Description' area.

ranks and indexes pretty fast. + some of your images get picked up by Google Images so watermark them with your website URL. You never know where your images will end up (presentations, printed out places, shown to other clients in a different city, etc.).

    • As mentioned in OP's post, you need to : "Edit image titles or descriptions". I don't think you can add anchor text.

      I already knew about this a while back, but thanks OP for your share.
    • I have checked your profile but not found the page or the page is not exists. So please write the exact url of your profile that i will see it and give you some suggestions to put the anchor text.
    • You cannot put anchor text in the description box.

      Anchor text can be good but a really good unanchored dofollow link from a high PR site is 100x better for your rankings. Shows google you are an authority in your niche!

    • Yes dofollow links are good but they are not a necessity. I have ranked several websites page one in google that dont have a single dofollow backlink. Having several nofollow links in your backlink portfollio looks more natural!
