Linking from and to your own sites.

Hello,

I have set up a WordPress Multisite installation on my own server for a couple weeks now.
I have been making a couple of book sites on different topics, all with their own domain, but on the same server, with the same IP.
On some of these sites I link to one of my other sites, ie: "If you like thrillers you should also check out this site!".

How does Google think about this? Won't it care at all, that I am linking to myself or should I stop doing this? Is this setup I have called a "private blog network" or not? Because I am not quite sure what that means.

Thanks alot in advance

I have 3 sites/domains (approx. 2.5k pages) that I link together, all in the same niche & never had a problem with it as far as SEO.

Sometimes you just have to think about what's best for the traffic, If the sites are relevant to each other I would link them for the site to site traffic flow.

Linking from and to your own sites is a good idea, but it's better if you have a lot of sites for this.

No, don't need to stop it (I think, and I have no reason why should stop it)
