Also 6 hits from direct traffic.. 6 uniques, which seems strange unless people who had seen my ad had told other sabout it...

Now the other thing is the countries where the clicks were comign from.

Now my ad was set so only people in UK and US could see it

Gogle told me i had received 37 clicks in total and tht 32 of them had came from UK/US

but i had one off clicks oeming from the likes of

Portugal
Nigeria

Does anybody know what is up with this as its either adwords giving me incorrect data or adcenter charging me incorrectly for clicks and i know which one i woul rather it be but i have a bad feeling something is up with adcenter.

If anybody has any experiences/knowledge with this, please share,

Also just to add, the average user time shown on analytics was 22 seconds.. With a website that has some pretty ineresting content i was surprised with this and was expecting an average time of atleast a couple of minutes

We've discussed this before. The data from Analytics and from PPC campaigns are not likely to match for one very simple reason: they don't measure the same things. PPC campaigns give you the number of clicks (obviously) from your campaigns. You can trust the numbers given. It would be the world's biggest scandal if Google or Bing were inflating and worse, charging you, for phantom clicks.

What Analytics measures are visits which is not the same as clicks. Also, there are many instances where a visit may not be recorded by Analytics or a PPC click recorded as a normal non-PPC visit.

As for getting 200 clicks and no sales, that could be. Maybe your keywords are too generic and thus your clicks are of lesser quality. Maybe your landing page does a poor job at converting or you're just landing clicks at the wrong place.

I suggest reading the Adcenter Guidelines. Basically, the rules are very much the same as Adwords. For example, they don't allow bridge pages either, although they don't call it that.

Thanks for reply, so your saying the 55 clicks adcenter told me i received were probably correct and analytics just did not register/misregistered some of them?

Also i am going to be looking at reviewing my products as i am quite new to affiliate marketing. My ad itself seems fine and all of my keywords i used to trial (52 in total) were instantly approved and started showing my ads.

I actually followed the link thorugh myself to make sure that everything was working fine and that my affiliate id was in tact etc, the main thing i was worried about was like i said, that my adcenter was basically charging me or non existant clicks, as long as this is not the case then im considerably happier lol.

So your basically saying that the sats adcenter is giving me are most likely fine, and its just a case of looking at keywords and my ad and product again?

This company seems to have a great product (essentially a Shopify clone from what I can tell) and do very well. But my guess is they just didn't do proper research like most who use PPC services. I've seen it so many times. They should have consulted me first as I don't think Facebook was a good idea in the first place. This holding their name hostage as they call it is something else totally. And I doubt Facebook would charge for phantom clicks, despite Limited Run's "test", there's something they don't know or understand to make the claim of 80% clicks coming from bots. I just don't buy it. This likely won't hurt Facebook much, Google and Bing have had similar accusations over the years.

Cal, yes the stats are accurate. Don't panic.

Exclude those domains that produce a low conversion rate.
