[Free Excel tool] Anchor Text Optimization

Here's a sweet little Excel tool that I made that I think you might like. It quickly optimizes anchor text distribution data, telling you how many links to build in order to achieve "optimal" distribution of anchor text (exact, phrase, brand, other, url).

Give it a whirl, and PLEASE let me know what you think! Feel free to share it internally/externally if you find it useful!

    Problem is, isn't this for only for people who have a paid version of open site explorer? Can it be used with another service.

    • Yes, it can be used with any backlink service that provides you with anchor text distribution.

    you can use it to look up a bunch of stuff like page titles and # of tweets etc etc
