How to Get a Google Plus Picture in Google Serps?

Hi Warriors
I have a google plus account but i use one for my personal friends and one for my business...
So i want to get an image to show up in the serps in google so will the image in Google display properly if i link them to the google plus url in my company circle (or do i have to link to the personal google plus url (they have both in the same account by the way)....
Lastly, when i link from the google plus on my website to my company google plus it goes to my company circle but i want them to see the google plus company updates of my posts and not the ppl in the company circle...How to fix this?
