Google Search Results

Just found this site and looks like I will be here for a while with all the good info as I know ZIP about SEO and now with this Penguin thing, Hell I don't know.
Anyway how do I get my Google search result to show multiple links or pages of my site.
Sorry don't know what it is called, but when you do a Google search for Warrior Forum, it comes back like the attached image.
My site search results were once like this, however I changed my site template completely and it no longer shows the result like before. I know they have a cached image of my old site and I can request a refresh, but what about the search results. How would I structure it such to give me the results like I had before? My site automatically sends an xml site map daily and I have seen no changes. I do have a over 250000 pages for my directory. I am thinking it has to do with indexing??
Thanks for any help.

  • Hey! Yes, it does have to do with indexing. The more the articles/pages on your site are indexed, the better chances you will have of getting results like these.

When you did the site update, it probably saw the ENTIRE site as a set of new pages, which means pages that have not been indexed. So it's like starting from scratch. Not sure what can be done about this really, although you might get indexed faster than you did before when you first started.
  • A couple of things:
    1. Be patient - it takes time unfortunately.
    2. Interlinking & page structure is key. So be sure to have specific pages about specific topics or subject matter so google can bucketize it.
    3. Traffic to the pages will also determine the structure that is shown an displayed.
    4. You need to be in the first position typically to get the extended listing.

Here is a page about this from Google - Sitelinks - Webmaster Tools Help
