I have a really good site that's getting like 100 unique visitors a day, and I am either 1-5 in google for my search term, but I'm not seeing any results. Anyone want to help me better monetize my site and I will split the profits with you.

I would recommend posting in the JV section if you're looking for business partner.

It all depends on the nature of the site. There are way to many variables for anyone here to properly diagnosis the the situation and provide sound advice.

Can you share more details about the business model of the site?

Instead of sharing up to 50% of the profits for a little help on monetizing your existing traffic, just figure it out/run tests yourself and keep 100%.

You shouldn't be willing to share so much of the long term profits unless you're getting extreme value in return, that you couldn't get elsewhere.

Strategy on monetizing can be learnt from free resources online or for a one-time consultation fee.

Sounds like you need to optimize your site for conversions. It's hard for anyone to say without seeing your site. If I ever get lots of traffic with no conversions, I know it's time to tweak the site or do some major changes.

that's the biggest problem conversion rate, and that's where most affiliate fall, you work so hard to get content, backlinks and rank site into top position then you end up disappointed because site convert very low 1 sale per day or one sale every 2-3 days or nothing, I had the same problem in the past ..to make site convert well you need extreme effective copy-writing pre- sell, unique site design and most important strong social proof without having that site can not convert good, people buy always on two things passion and emotional and always rather buy from friends than from sales people,it's simply psychology of selling...

I think some of the advice already given in previous replies is good. I have increased my CTR by optimizing my ads to match my theme. Basically making ads blend in so they don't blind your visitors. Like others have mentioned you have to test, test & re-test. I know it can be boring & time consuming but once you start hitting on what works and you start to see more clicks you'll realize how important testing and tweaking is.

    I get roughly 100 - 140 unique visitors a day and my CTR is between 5% - 7%.

    Do you have google analytics?

If so use the in-page analytic feature so you can see where users are clicking on your page and move the ads accordingly

Always remember to keep up to date with GA terms of service!
