If I buy an aged domain will work? I mean what if the previous owner has leave it because it was penalized will it not be passed to me?

    I wouldn't recommend buying a domain that was previously penalized. Any reputation the domain has stays with the domain even if ownership is transferred as far as I know.

    Buying aged domains with good page rank and alexa rank would be good..but plz dont buy the penalized domains..before buying it analyze the site..

    The penalty isn't given to the owner of the domain but to the site itself, so, unless you change whatever problems the site had, whether on-site or off-site related, you will still suffer from the penalty.

    I also wouldn't recommend you to buy a penalized domain though it has some quality links but you can't use that domain at all.
