Hi,
I found a site that sells a bunch of adwords, bing and even facebook credits for really cheap.
I'm wondering if it is 100% legal for sites to sell credits like this. PLEASE ONLY REPLY IF YOU KNOW FOR SURE.
Also, i talked to a few reps from microsoft adcenter and all of them told me that we are aloud to apply as many codes as we want to our accounts. If this is the case, i'm planning to just stock up on bing credits, possibly $3000-$5000 worth.
But this definitely doesn't seem right. Please let me know your thoughts about this and whatever you think is breaking the policies.
