Improve Adsense Earnings

Hello friends,I am using adsense on my site,Since past 30 days or so I am earning atleast $0.01 daily and I have earned about a $1 in this month. Every day I am getting about 50 impressions on my site. Please guide me what steps should I follow next ? Also, please let me know if my ads size selection is good or not.
Any Other suggestions also welcome

      Judging by the low earnings, it must be a bad niche with low advertisers. How much traffic do you get? Are you ranking in the search engines?
