Hello,

Okay so ive ran an ad campaign on a clickbank product using adcenter. Now i ran it for 24 hours as a trial using 1 ad for around 75 keywords..
Impressions were actually alot higher than adcenter told me they would be at around 50000 but my clicks came in at 15.. (around a 0.03% CTR) Now i was'nt expecting this and i know that the product im selling is very relevant to all the keywords ive used.
So ive gone and found the keywords with the 10 highest impressons and created a seperate ad for each of them and relaunched the campaign. This way when potential buyers search for the keyword my ad wll say the exact term they searched for, and ive also included a price to save money.

Im just wondering if there are any other tips you guys have in order to get my CTR up im aiming for atlea.st around 2 - 3%..

Thanks

Maybe I misread it, but why would you create ads for the
highest impressions alone? You need to create ads for
the highest number of clicks, that is, the highest
percentage of clicks. Which ad had the highest percentage
of clicks? If that is not in your bag of stats yet, then
more testing using more ads is needed.

Of course then we must talk about ROI, not necessarily the
    raw numbers.

People clicking you ad may help your QS, but if they don't
    buy, the clicks are wasted.

Because the keywords i used were very targeted to the product which at the end of the day is going to be what sells...
So the keywords with the most impressions would be the ones with the most potential buyers, so i came to the conclusion that the message of the product was being lost in my ad somewhere.. thats why i changed my ad copy for each of the popular keywords.
    Would you not reccomend this?

The reason i did it for the most popular ones is that it will be easier to colelct data to check if my CTR goes up and they i would do the same for the rest of the keywords

That is a lot of keywords. You want quality, not quantity. Search for buyers keywords like "Device review" or "device coupons" perhaps. Something to catch people in the buying process.

Okay guys thanks for your replies, im getting the whole quality thing, but how do i go about getting "quality". u mean its a good idea to have multiple ads to maximise my ctr rates?
And whato do you mean about catching people in the buying process hostwind? you mean i should bid on the actual name of the product?
