When submitting spun or unique articles to blog networks or article directories, how important is anchor text spinning??


If my keyword is: Lose Weight.


Now, Will these be good anchor text spins?

1.Lose weight fast

2.Lose weight naturally

3.Lose weight naturally

4.Lose belly weight

etc

Will these be considered as good anchor text spins? Or do I need to alter the anchor text completely?

    i also use keywordmap pro really easy to use and effective tool.
    i use it not only for backlink anchors but ideas for new content for my authority sites.
