Google Search Traffic All Going to Home Page

Over the last few months, I've noticed that I'm getting very little traffic to my articles. However, I'm getting an abnormally large amount of traffic directly to my home page.

Since I'm new here, I can't post a link to my blog so if you want to view it, Google: Legend of Korra Wordpress Blog and click the link that is titled Avatar: The Legend of Korra - News & Updates. It should be the first or second link.

It's nice that I'm receiving traffic to my Home Page, but it's not necessarily the target traffic that I'm hoping for.

What could be the issues behind this?

    I was going to ask how long your blog has existed, but it looks like you've been writing posts since Jan 2012.

    This could be caused by any number of issues.

    - Google hasn't indexed your pages yet, only your homepage (this is unlikely, but who knows).

    - You don't have any backlinks to the pages, only the homepage (so you're ranked #1 with your homepage only).

    -It might be popping up only because wordpress is in your domain, and that is part of the search term. So your individual posts are only adding extra words which make your posts rank less when adding the term wordpress to your search.

    Just my hunches.

    Also, I'm not sure how many people are actually going to search "Legend of Korra Wordpress Blog" and what that will get you if people do... You can't even post ads on a wordpress.com blog, so I would switch to a self-hosted wordpress.org installed blog asap so you can actually monetize your site (if that is in fact what you want to do with it).

      Well I've been doing some research and here is what I know: this only applies to posts within the last 3 weeks or so. If you try searching for a post written within the last 3 weeks, you will be given the Home Page in Google. All other posts are just fine.

      I'm thinking that maybe Google hasn't indexed them? I just Pinged my blog for the first time and submitted a Site Map for the first time. Hopefully Google reindexes my site and the problem is fixed.
