Need help to start with a premium domain

Hey Warriors!

I've just snapped up a premium domain (youtubeseo.com), which gets 16,000 monthly searches and $7 per ad click. Now, I need a guru to give me some advice to make sure the site stays penguin-friendly.

I've created other niche sites, sure, but I've always used tools like SENuke and Scrapebox to rank them. I want to play it safe with this one.

Since it has so much potential to earn a very nice monthly income, I would like some input on how to rank it for such a powerful keyword (YouTube SEO).

I'm fine with writing 500+ word articles - I studied A level English and write my own articles rather than outsourcing. I'm thinking of creating some squidoo lenses with backlinks, as well as hubpages.

Any ideas?

    I would be careful using Youtube in the domain name. Unless you've done your research and know for a fact that you are allowed to use their name in a domain, you run the risk of being legally obliged to give your domain to Youtube whenever they decide to send you a cease and desist letter.

    That means even if you somehow got your site ranking #1 for a million searches a month keyword and somehow received a PR of 9, you'll have to give it up. No redirects to a new domain, or anything.

    There's an example, considering Nissan is a world-wide and massive car manufacturer, you'd expect that they'd want their EMD.

  • If YouTube is a registered trademark, and I have to think it is, they can pretty much take that domain from you whenever they want.

    Actually, I received a cease and desist from Facebook a few months ago.
    I hadn't done any work on the site. Just bought the domain.

    I had to give it up. It's really not worth it man.
    They told me they would "vigorously" come after me. lol.

    I deleted it right away.

  • I agree. I think too that you have to be very careful with this domainname.

    I'm using an article spinning software.
    To write and spin "original" articles.
    The software submits the articles within a couple of days to hundreds of high page ranked article websites.
