      Agree with Yogesh, Some other factors are Heading tags, Sitemap.xml, robots.txt, 404 error redirection, 301 redirections etc.

    There are many factors result in onpage optimization process. You need to start from your html page design. Use simple codding, few javascript, few images and properly optimized layout. After making this changes move to keyword optimization and h1 optimization process. These are the basics of onpage optimization process. You can also follow google webmaster guideline page.
