Question on websites after adsense account is disabled

Dear warriors,
My friend adsense account is banned without any known reason.He decided not to use ansense.If I buy those sites,make proper changes and use my ad codes on those sites ,is there any risk for me?
I read somewhere those sites may be risky,is it true?
Please suggest on what I should I do to avoid any risk

Go read the Adsense TOS, and then have a look at the sites. Figure out if you see anything that goes against google TOS. I wouldn't mess with any sites that caused his Adsense accounts to get banned though, that's just me.

I wouldn´t risk it, an active adsence account is too valuable to risk. Google is using any reason to ban people these days.

Read adsense TOS and evaluate the sites.

  I wouldn't touch them. I don't know much about Adsense sites, but if he got banned I wouldn't touch them period. Not worth the risk.
