Google Webmaster Tool is all you need...

I do agree you should go with Microsoe Masters, definitely one of the best ones for this purpose out there.

Why don't you try Rank Tracker (part of SEO SpyGlass)

Rankerizer all the way for me.

Mine has to be RankTracker which comes part of the SEO Powersuite package which in itself is a superb set of tools that I use daily.

One piece of advice though is if your using proxies to check your rankings,avoid SquidProxies. They have caused issues in every piece of rank checking software I have used and since using BuyProxies everything is fantastic.

I've been using serpfox for about 2 months atm and I'm quite happy with it. It does tracking with notifications and scheduled PDF reports.
