EMD Domain to Branddomain?

I have this EMD site, which is making me about 150$ in the health niche with amazon. It's very specific and I want to expand this to a big authority type of site to do listbuilding and get more traffic.
Is there a way to do some redirects to my new domain, but people nevertheless coming to my site with my old domain? Sorry I dont know anything about this 404 303 redirect stuff..
