How would you market a website that cant be indexed by Google?

I would like to save the "why would you make a site like that" talk for another thread. The subject matter is a passion of mine and my site provides good value to the reader, whether Google thinks so or not.

That said, Id love to hear any ideas people have for marketing a site that cannot be indexed. I have a google adwords campaign running and I also have a pretty good facebook/twitter following. Id love to hear anyone's additional thoughts!

Have you ever tried doing email marketing? Or how about local flyer advertising? You could buy solo's or other type of paid traffic as well.

This is actually a great idea. I have a site with lots of different types of info. I'm trying to go after essortment's market. One post can be really helpful to property owners. As an experiment, I made up one of those flyers with the tear-off tabs, with the web address, and posted them at the local hardware store bulletin board and the laundromat bulletin board.

I have to replace the flyers everyday! They keep tearing off the tabs! This could actually replace google traffic for a begining website and there could be cheap alternatives to this method to start getting some traffic. If it's a good news site, you could get lots of repeat traffic if you give them the info they have a hard time getting anywhere else. I'm a news junkie and there are millions more out there.

  I know that local flyer advertising works since the tear off tabs are one of the perfect examples as Carl mentioned. Another one that would work depending on if you have a budget or not is actually getting some flyers printed. Price varies for those between 100-200$ but you get around 5000 or so that can then be handed out in local places.
  
  You can even find people who you can pay 20-30$ that will personally hand them out to folks. Local craigslist sites, as well as other local "post your ad" sites. There's many ways to get some traffic. Some are free, but paid type ads would probably be the best bet since you are almost guaranteed to get quality visitors.

Thanks for all the fast replies...just a couple of things..

1) Ive paid for about 30,000 uniques and not a single one stayed on the site for more than 5 seconds (from 3 different providers that use 3 different traffic generation techniques)

2) I have been active on about 3 or 4 blogs in my niche, unfortunately, there are not many of them and none of them are very high traffic. The biggest one gets around 15k visitors per month.

3) The spam thing definitely doesnt work.

4) Anyone ever buy the $100 adwords coupons for $5 on fiverr.com and then use those to fund a larger adwords campaign?

Must not be targeted traffic.
15k+ is better than no traffic at all.

Any coupon you get will be for new Adwords users, I've never seen a coupon for use with regular Adwords users. Skip fiver, because I'm sure you'll get a coupon for new Adwords users, which anyone can get for free.

Why not create some content that google will index and also related to your passion/interest. This will attract the same users that will be interested in other aspects of your site, get them to stay longer and create a very nice bounce rate in the process.

this is exactly what I was thinking.

Also I wouldnt say that the site cant be indexed because it is agregated content....

you could do a "daily news round up" which you could write and it will be unique content
