Link comments on video sites

For the video sites (ones like Youtube,Dailymtion etc.) that do allow it, is it considered white or black hat to post a comment in which part of the comment is a link to your site?

Any info would be helpful.

As long as the link is relevant to the video (and to your comment), it should be fine. However, it is better to include the link in the special field provided for this purpose, not in the comment itself.
