In a way all website are good for SEO, just half to find the popular keyword for the site.
I see that you have a blog for your website which is great for seo. Depending on what keyword your after I recommend that you hire someone to start building backlinks to your site. Really good site to do SEO work for.

These days (post penguin) Google tend to see more at the quality of your content and less at the volume of your backlinks (Google prefer the quality and not quantity of backlinks).

So i suggest you this checklist:

    1) Check the quantity of your backlinks that have the exact kws you try to rank for. These exact match backlinks should be no more than 50% of the total of your links. Diversify the sources of your links.

    2) Write 800 words articles and above. Max of 2% keyword density and with a lot of synonymous (lsi keywords) Write for readers and not for search engines.

    3) Onpage SEO: keyword/s you try to rank for in Title, Content (2%) and url.
Interlink the pages with each other hyperlinking relevant keywords.

    4) Matt Cutts says that the website load time/speed it's very important now in theyr algorhythm.

    5) Use a site map to let know the search engines of your website modifications.

I think that should be enough for now. Go and check these thing and you should be on the right path. Seo unfortunately takes 2-3 months to see changes.

Check the ON page factors of the website first, you need to do proper OFF page optimization to increase the position of your targeted keywords.

The effectiveness of your off page SEO comes from how good your on page SEO is.
