I have some questions regarding Blogger RSS feeds.

1. What is the best way to submit an RSS feed from Blogger? Is it best to submit it to individual RSS feed sites or is it effective submitting it to a site such as bulkping where you only submit the RSS feed once?

2. Secondly, does submitting an RSS feed improve your SERP rankings generally or does it make no difference?

IMO, it will be better to submit the feed url in each individual feed directories separately. Next it might not have any effect on the SERP but may help you get some traffic via the directories where you will submit your feed.
