I have health blog with 2 to 5 visitors per day any suggestion to increase traffic?

The health niche tends to be one of the hardest areas to break into, it would probably take quite a bit of work just to see the light of day. If you are new (and I am assuming you are) perhaps starting with an easier niche you can learn and see results from is a better course of action.

What If? you got thousand of visitors coming from the search engine from one end and from the other end they are leaving your site.

Traffic lies in visitor's retainsion take this equation 1000 visitors in which 200 visitors retain every day and after one month you will going to get 200*30= 6000 visitors + 1000 visitors from search engine.

Its one of the most competitive domain. You got to have patience to get some decent traffic.Quality backlinks., however can get you some traffic. Start blog commenting on blogs related to health niche. But don't bombard these blogs with some junk comments.

Here are a few things you can do if you haven't done so already:

Use trackback and links
Submit it to social bookmarking sites (Reddit, Stumbleupon etc)
Make the most of your blogroll (not to be confused with "bogroll" the English slang for "toilet paper")

Regularly update with unique, fresh content
Set up an RSS feed
Comment on other blogs and leave your name in the signature (as long as this is allowed) and also respond to comments people might leave on your own blog
Using tagging in your blog posts - search engines like them and this should increase ranking which should ultimately lead to more readers!

My advice, join FB groups and pages which are health related. Set up a FB account for your website, not a page but an actual account. The reason for this is so you can find groups as well as pages, if you just create a page you won't be able to find and join groups through the search filter on FB.

Become active in those groups, make yourself an authority but don't be spammy, provide real advice, sometimes dropping your link into the time lines of the groups/pages you joined. People will naturally begin to like your posts on your website, plus it gives you great topics to write about as these are the places people will ask questions as well.

Also set up a Google alerts based around keywords relating to your site, then once a day go to your Google account and check each link and see if your able to comment on the alert. Once again, nothing spammy, real answers.

These two methods alone can help build your audience quickly. Also add an opt in form for a free ebook related to the theme of your site. This way you can build your email list and have a list of people who you can send updates to when you post new articles or wish to promote an affiliate product.

Health domain is very very hot and have a lot of competition. I'm also working in the same area, and getting back links from health related blogs is little tough. I have my blog on blogspot.com and I mostly post on it with do follows links to my main site. I do submit my blog and website to web directories, social bookmarking sites, social media sites etc. Now my blog have PR1 and main website have PR2. You can also do that. Host your blogs at different servers and in post do link blogs to each other. + follow all above methods posted by Experts.

No, you shouldn't change your niche, but rather focus on a less competitive topic in the health niche. For traffic, you can use directory submission, classified ads, guest posting, social media, and article marketing.

I wouldn't change.. heck even I started a site for a very hard to get into niche, I didn't stop... What I did do was started a second site though and work on that constantly, I also let my other site age a bit and build it slowly

This way nothing is lost, I have over 80 articles on this difficult niche and growing
