Hello,

I am just about to redesing my website. This time I want to do it more professional so firstly I created list of keywords and now I will build content around it.

My question is following. If my website has 10-15 internal pages should I give separate "title of the page" for each of them or keep the same title for all subpages? The same for "key words" on each subpage.

Which is better for SEO purposes? To polish up for specific keywords all pages each after one or to leave title of page and keywords(in meta) the same for each page? I know that "external" part of SEO is more important but I want to have my "internal" part to be as good as possible too.

You have to give a different title for each page. The title should reflect the content of the concerned page, and should include the primary keyword for which that page is optimized.

Keywords also should be different from page to page. Each page will have a different primary keyword to optimize for, and you include that and other related keywords used in that page in your keyword tag. Actually, the keyword meta tag does not have value these days. Still, it will help you to keep track of what you are talking about in each page.

The whole site should focus on one theme, and by optimizing different pages for different, but all related to the theme, keywords you increase your chances of being found by search engines. You will soon find that they are bringing traffic even for words you had not specifically optimized for. You can then build pages for these new keywords.

You should have a different title on every page. You don't want Google to think it is spam.

It's worth installing googles webmaster tools if you haven't - you'll actually get warnings about things like duplicate titles on your site.

Each page is supposed to have separate titles so that it is easier for SEs to identify different pages on your website. Although, if your web pages have a listings of stuff, then you can have almost identical titles.

Give a separate title for each page, write good original content with your keywords mentioned in them around 3% per page. Also its nice to give the keyword as the title. eg: if your page is about search engine optimization you can give the same name for your title as well.
