How to Get Better PPC Success

Hi All,
I'm having small successes with PPC right now using 7Search. I'm ready to branch out into adword and adcenter but am looking for some quick advice. Is anyone promoting click bank offers? I've been sending email/zip submits but $1.50 return isn't getting me too far. People have been mentioning that they're getting $30 to $50 a sale on other threads but I'm not sure how. What other offers are there to prompt that are successful?
