I have a question and is there a way to target a specific youtube video with an adwords ad or other kind of ad on youtube?

      Well I dont want to target my own videos I want to target specific videos that belong to other people with my adwords ads. Is this possible to do?

          No its not at least I dont think so ok I have a client and he has a Vote 4 Clint site and is running adwords campaign for his site vote4clint.com that sells a vote 4 Clint T-shirt. He asked me if it is possible to get his ads to show on this youtube video > Clint Eastwood - YouTube that is what I am asking if it is possible to do to get his adwords ads to show on that video while it is up on youtube?
