Recently amazon has changed its TOS

https:// affiliate-program.amazon.com/gp/associates/help/operating/compare
Few day back i have started an E-Commerce website having only amazon products and added the below lines on my disclaimer page not on my all pages

"You must, however, clearly state the following on your site: "[Insert your name] is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to [insert the applicable site name (amazon.com, endless.com, amazonsupply.com, or myhabit.com)].""
But i m confused that is it necessary to add the above lines to every page or have i done right by adding it to the disclaimer page only..

fancypromgowns.com/disclaimer/
Please Advice...

Just by reading the quote, I wouldn't think this is something you need to put anywhere on your site. This is related to the agreement between you and Amazon. It has nothing to do with your customers, therefore shouldn't need to be included in your disclaimer or anywhere else.

    ^ What Bearmar said.

What you quoted is a term of your agreement with Amazon that says they may terminate you if you are acting in affiliation with someone whose account was previously terminated by Amazon, and that you will comply with requests for information from Amazon about your agreement.

I don't know why you would copy and paste that anywhere in your website.

      Huh?????

What was quoted is what Amazon.com says must appear on your website to identify yourself as an Amazon associate.

      Peace

The OP changed what they had quoted from Amazon's TOS. What they quoted was part of the agreement and NOT what you're supposed to have on your site. The original post made no sense at all.

This is what he quoted when all the replies were written:

You will provide us with any information that we request to verify your compliance with this Operating Agreement or any Operational Documentation. In addition to any other rights or remedies available to us, we may terminate this Operating Agreement, withhold (and you agree you are not eligible for) any advertising fees payable to you under this Operating Agreement, or both, if we determine that you or other persons that we determine are affiliated with you or acting in concert with you (whether in respect to any existing or previously terminated Associates account
That's not something you put on your website.

Got it. I didn't see the original quote, only the quote Amazon tells you to use on your site. Now I see why you responded the way you did. Sorry if I seemed like I jumped without cause.

          Peace
