How I vary anchor text quickly

There's been a lot of talk about varying anchor text, some say to use generic keywords like click here, I rather use a bunch of related keywords.
Here a couple of vids on how I vary my anchor text very quickly.
Note: This is not a keyword research tutorial, if you notice I check off broad so the keywords aren't in brackets when I copy and paste them.
