Wordpress SEO vs. Webmaster Tools

I run a Wordpress blog and I recently wanted to start doing some SEO for it. Little did I know, Google Analytics isn't compatible with the Wordpress theme that I chose but Webmaster Tools is. My question to WF is how much am I missing out on by only being able to run Webmaster tools and not Analytics. Can I still grow my SEO enough to rank highly on search results? Will it be more difficult? I know I won't be getting the same amount of raw data but will I still be able to rank highly for specific keywords/phrases?

I might be wrong, but I don't think your theme has anything to do with Google Analytics. Have you installed and set up the Google Analytics plugin? Find the plugin, go to the Wordpress site, click the plugins tab and search for "Google Analytics". You also have to set up a Google Analytics account and put the code in the plugin settings.

You can install Google Analytics on any theme, typically. There are plugins that you can install to make it easy, or you can go into the footer and place it yourself. Generally, it will be the same as placing it on any html site, just above the </body> tag (I believe)

I've looked and looked to install a plug-in but there is not even an option button for plugins. From what I have read from the wordpress supports page it clearly states that Google Analytics cannot be used on wordpress.com blogs.

As far as I know wp themes has nothing to do with analytics. But if you still can't use on your site , I don't think it will difficult . You can try jetpack plugin , but I am not sure , it will work or not .

I can't place a plugin on the blog and there is no place for me to enter the analytics code. There is only a place to put the meta tag for webmaster tools.
