List signup INSIDE displayed Google Ads???

Anyone else seen this before? The one and only ad displayed for the term "adwords tool" and it has an email list sign-up as part of the ad. You can sign up for their email list from inside the google ad!

Presumably it counts as a click.

Anyone got an idea how we do this?

This should be a good feature to take advantage of for an Adwords campaign. Though I am not sure how it is done, but if it is already offered to advertisers, then I presume guides on how to set it up can be found in the Adwords dashboard like the guides to the rest of the features.
