Is there anyway around not competing with someone for a bid who is already direct linking to a campaign?

    Yes.. you get your own domain.. and use software to grab content from the product sales page and display that content on your page.. and no this is not I-framing. Affiliate Prophet does this.

    Try to find other keywords that aren't being used by other direct linking advertisers.
    The only problem is that if not many advertisers are bidding on the keywords they may not be profitable.

    Another option is to use Yahoo Search Marketing instead of Adwords. They don't have the same restrictions.
