Can you please help me out, What should i answers for this to a new client who have plenty of knowledge about recent Google panda Penguin updates

what would you do in reference to these points:
• Keyword research
• On-site optimization
• Link-building
• How Many links you would build
• Analytic/Research
• Google Local Optimization
I want to understand your SEO approach,

    • I will go to Fiverr and do a search for "backlinks". I will then pick the 5 sellers with the most orders and order all of them in triplicate.

      Next, I will fire up Xrumer and blast a minimum of 125,000 links per day to your site. Don't worry. I will blast some links at your internal pages too, making this completely Penguin safe.

  • So many people out there doing "seo" who have no idea what they're really doing. Exactly why I trust none of the so called "experts".
  • Good on this client. If more buyers asked questions like this, there would be less snake oil SEOs running about. India's GDP would probably take a slight hit as well.
